Hey guys can anyone help me the update for call of duty ghosts is taking hours has anyone else got this problem

I'm still trying to update, but it still cancels the download at 79%, has anyone else got lucky so far?

What to expect in this update preview

For those of you that participated in last month’s (1403) update preview, this preview wave will be a little different:

• The 1404 update preview will run a bit longer than the 1403 preview. As a result, not all of the features listed below will be available in the first 1404 update. Some features will be enabled in 1404 updates that are rolled
  out later in the preview.
• Some of the features listed below will be enabled outside of a console update. Keep an eye on the forums for announcements and information on when new features are made available.
  

What’s new in this release?

• Game and app saves and updates. A game save progress bar
  will show you the status of your game saves. You will also be able to easily tell what games and apps are being updated or have been updated recently.
  
• Friends improvements. Notifications will be added to see when favorites and friends sign in to Xbox Live. This actually was one of the most frequently requested features from the first preview wave and
  we made it a priority to include it in the April update. Also, friends who are in multiplayer will be identified in the friends list. We’ll also add the ability to view friends’ most popular apps.
  
• Blu-ray 50 Hz video output support for content recorded at 50 Hz
  will resolve video playback issues some Xbox Live members in Europe are experiencing.
  
• Kinect voice and motion improvements
  will continue to fine tune the quality and reliability of Xbox One commands.
  
• Improved GameDVR video quality through compression algorithm improvements.
  
• Updates to Xbox One device management
  to address issues controlling TVs, set top boxes, and receivers that our customers have reported.
  
• New audio settings to tune how much volume is lowered when Kinect is used in communications.
  

 

Yeah i got it a coulple of days ago

 

I got mine midway through a game of Titanfall and I was playing pretty good too. Thanks for the info Daft. They sure were not lying about how many updates this console would have eh

 

They can throw as many updates at it as they need Cloud.

At least they are listening to our feedback and refining accordingly!

 

Wish they add a way to listen to music and play games without having to snap it, and automatically turns the game volume down when listening

 

Agreed Doctor. Can't say no to a bunch of updates and it sure does show they are willing to take things on board and address the issues. I just want them to bring themes back, I want a background lol.

 

I had an awesome zombie theme on my 360. Be quite fitting on my One considering my gamerpic! Lol.

 

Yeah that was to fix the issue of the xbox not recognising game discs after the last update i believe

 

If you recently downloaded an update on Xbox One then you are previewing the update for April. If you registered for the March beta update which went out in February then you are part of the Xbox One preview program. All future updates will be previewed
by Xbox Live Members who are in the preview program before the update goes out to all other members the following month. Think of yourself as privileged beta tester who gets to see features on Xbox One before most others do. Your basically looking for any
bugs or glitches that need fixing and report them on the forum so that Microsoft can fix them for the final update which rolls out in April. Updates look like they could be monthly on Xbox One. February, March and now April.

 

I really hope this crackle sound im getting since the dolby digital optical out update. Does anybody know about this?
