Has anyone else been having issues with the Microsoft Rewards App collecting the daily...

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with Microsoft Rewards. I recommend logging into your
Microsoft Rewards account.

Then go to the rewards request form and submit a
form for them to look into. Sometimes takes a little bit for the quests to update also.

There could be an issue with the Rewards app as it isn't letting me collect my daily achievement points even after unlocking two achievements today.

What about it sucks??

I think the change to Microsoft rewards has been a nice smooth change over with a ton of added features and chances at more reward points.

You have a chance at getting a fair amount of points daily and they now have an Xbox Rewards app that can help you score even more points.

A lot of selection in rewards/sweepstakes.

I have been asking them since 23rd May to check my grandsons rewards account as that was when he could no longer collect the reward points, before that he could. This is their latest response;

Thank you for patiently waiting. This is Dennis from Microsoft Rewards support. We apologize for the delay due to increase in numbers of service requests coming in. You initially told us that you stopped earning points when using Xbox app. We understand that it is an important platform to earn.

We will investigate this. The details will be forwarded to the Product Group. We will let you know as soon as we have an update.

They have used the increase in numbers of service requests coming in tactic a number of times now as their excuse for not responding. Unlike you I am not an expert in these account issues but, I think it's pretty obvious that their is an issue with my grandsons rewards account that is now stopping him from collecting the reward points in the app. He can still collect points from searching on Bing and doing the daily sets but, nothing in the app.

My grandson has now lost somewhere in the region of over 7000 reward points which I have asked them on numerous occasions to reimburse him with, they haven't even done that, further proof that they just do not care.

yes I am, im searching on computer, searching on mobile, microsoft edge, microsoft rewards, daily set for points, xbox rewards app on xbox, daily set on xbox. Thats all
