Has anyone else been able to pre load Cyberpunk using the xbox app?

Has anyone else been able to use the 360 Smartglass AFTER using the Xbox One Smartglass?

I'm bumping this thread because I'm getting ready to buy an Xbox One X soon.

just wondering if anyone else has been able to play 4K video files saved on a USB stick using either the Media Player app or VLC app on the Xbox One X?

No. Consoles do not come with games preloaded. If there is one pre-loaded, it usually means someone else has used the console and left it as their Home.

So I requested a refund for cyberpunk last week and the request was denied. Pls give me my money back.
