Has anyone been waiting longer than 3 months to receive their controller back from repair?

The hotline promised to call me back within a week. But that did not happen. I waited a week and called again, but they promised me the same thing. It lasts more than a month.

Support said that this is a rare case for Xbox 360 controller for pc. But I have been waiting for replacement or repair for more than a month.

When they say "longer" that's just because they've been instructed to give you that generic answer. I've seen people talking about being at a 5 month wait on the migration problem with no end in sight. I was told by a customer service rep that seemed to
be familiar with the migration problem that it would take up to a year or more. I myself have been experiencing the it will take "longer" response and I'm at 2 months on my wait with no end in sight. Take what you will from it. Personally, I don't think anyone
is getting their migrated account back in anything less than a year. I haven't even seen one person talking about ever actually getting a migrated account back. I just keep seeing reports of longer and longer wait times. The longest report I've seen so far
has been 5 months, still waiting.

You will need to wait to receive an email from the ambassador program. I believe it usually takes around a week to get anemail. If it has been longer than that chances are you did not get accepted.

odds are microsofts *** customer service wont help you without having to wait a 3 month period for getting a replacement for anything xbox related I sent my controller in for repairs *** took 3 months to get it back

Since they changed the limit from 3 to 5 times per 12 months phone/chat support will no longer reset the amount for you unless you have a new console,that has to be registered,or you have been sent a replacement console due to yours being sent off for repair.

Five times per 12 months is more than enough times to be fair.

The home console feature is meant to be used in households with more than one console,not for sharing with your friends.
