Has anyone been comm banned for looking for posts?

Recently me and a few other players have been comm banned for posting " Looking for group " post on the xbox network and people have been spam reporting them and xbox has just been comm banning people without actually reading the posts, non of the post I've seen have any profanity or anything bad in them but yet their getting people com banned, I'm confused to why xbox doesn't care or sort this issue as they state their here to help their community but then don't do anything about this issue
