Has anyone been able to get awards from Microsoft Bingo?

I haven't been able to get my rewards from my Bingo game for about a week now. I tried resetting but that did nothing. Any ideas on how to fix this??? Had this happen a couple of times before and I'm getting tired of it

so has anyone been able to contact microsoft to get thier account sorted or has it sorted itself and you can now access the child account.

 

Hi, we are signed up for the Microsoft rewards but there is another sign up for xbox rewards

Hi, we did not know that there are 2 award signups to get points. We are signed up for Microsoft Store awards and we did not realize we also have to sign up for the xbox awards, even though when we purchase on xbox we are buying from the Microsoft store.
Can we get credit for previous purchases, and should we cancel a recent large purchase and reorder to get the credit? It does not seem right that Microsoft has 2 award signups. Can you provide courtesy points for the previous purchases?
