Has anybody have this issue with xbox one c repair/replacement

In UK I've had my controller replaced 3 times with no issue at all, can't you just set up a repair online without even having to talk to anybody?

Xbox Support is there to troubleshoot or if needed, to create a repair order.

Xbox Support does not have an option to guarantee you a New Xbox console.

The repair center is the one that will either repair or replace the Xbox console.

It's unusual that you have received an Xbox from the repair center that is not working.

4. Microsoft’s Responsibility

(a) After You return Your Xbox One or Accessory to Microsoft (at your cost, unless Microsoft is required by law to pay such costs), Microsoft will inspect it.

(b) If Microsoft determines that the Xbox One or Accessory malfunctioned during the Warranty Period under Normal Use Conditions,
Microsoft will (at its option) repair or replace it, or refund the purchase price to You.

Unless restricted by law, repair may use new or refurbished parts and replacement may be with a new or refurbished unit.

(c) After repair or replacement, Your Xbox One or Accessory will be covered by this warranty for the longer of the remainder of Your original Warranty Period, or 90 days after Microsoft ships it to You. Where required by applicable law, the original Warranty
Period will be deemed to extend for the period of time equal to the time which Your Xbox One or Accessory was in Microsoft’s possession.

I have seen this issue before with an Xbox One S.. It would shut off for no reason. There wasn't a problem with the Internal Power Supply, Hard Drive or Overheating. It came down to a Motherboard Malfunction either with the APU, Power Management IC or
Motifs. Sometimes this issue can be caused by a bad A/C cable... it does happen but its a small percentage. It definitely was the MB that was the issue. I replaced the board for the customer and fixed the issue. Unfortunately I did not have any donor boards
at the time to replace the faulty components on the original board. Motherboards are pretty scarce and can be expensive.... especially now. I would give Xbox Support a call and see if they can help you out ( no sure if the repairs are in operation). Hopefully
they can give you a break on the repair.

My console is plugged into an outlet directly, My other controller has no issues. I looked at the repair/replace information and it's offering an exchange. However the control I have is a Red one and it's only offering a Black or White replacement. Is the
Red controller not considered a standard one? Or do they not replace the controller with a matching one?
