Has anybody figured out a resolution to be able to use the SBG6782-AC modem/router ?

cannot stay connected to online games when using this modem. have tried pretty much every troubleshooting trick in the book today. any suggestions?

OK......if anyone else is having this issue with the Motorola SBG6782-AC modem........go to router settings under Firewall....protection level and uncheck IP Flood Detection....that should do the trick

I know it's not the exact device, but have you seen the known issues with a similar device, the

Motorola SBG6580? If you are able to, see if you change those settings that it asks you to change. If that doesn't work, go ahead and post back here and we'll go from there!
