    OK......if anyone else is having this issue with the Motorola SBG6782-AC modem........go to router settings under Firewall....protection level and uncheck IP Flood Detection....that should do the trick

    Hey there, Il GodSganja lI! Sorry you're running into issues with this gateway device. Let's see if we can get you sorted out.

    I know it's not the exact device, but have you seen the known issues with a similar device, the

    Motorola SBG6580? If you are able to, see if you change those settings that it asks you to change. If that doesn't work, go ahead and post back here and we'll go from there!
