Has any one has problem with xbox controller rb and lb breaking?

the only time I have ever had the lb or rb buttons not work is when I accidentally dropped the controller on the floor, and it hit the button, which of course broke it. I fixed it myself though.

Hi sorry no I can't say I have. I use my controllers under extremely heavy use. At least 8 hours a day every day. I've never had this issue with bumper, triggers ect. The only issues I have ever encountered has been slight stick drift and the audio
port failing.

Hello, it might be because of stress or anger in multiplayer matches. i broke my left stick in halo 3 match back in my days because of a too strong press, but it was on xbox 360. Just your constant breaks seem to be very interesting, have never heard of
anything like it

The elite comes with a longer warranty, So you most likely could have had that repaired. General wear and tear is normal for electronics and some users just have a more aggressive play style. That's why most controllers come with a limited warranty.

It always breaks about five to six months mark, I even had a an elite one break like this
