    Xbox live won’t work

    I entered an Xbox live gold code and it glitched while verifying. Now it says the code has already been used and it still says I don’t have gold. I’ve already tried turning my console on and off but it still says I don’t have gold

    XBOX live gold activated in account, but not on console

    I have purchased a live gold code and entered it in my microsoft account. There it says it´s active, but on my console it says I have no active live gold account and I need to purchase one. It has been like this for three days now. What is the problem?

    Sorry to hear about the code redemption issue. Could you post back with the specific error message and error code you received? Error codes generally look similar to XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.
