Harsh Console Ban

My account: TMJ. GT who reported me (2 accounts): "[Mod Removed]" and
[Mod Removed]" Both of these accounts claim to be the same person which is true.

I got console banned for calling this person "overweight" and was labelled as abuse and harassment which i got a 2 week Xbox live console ban, than a one month communication console ban by saying that phrase and i'm not even exaggerating.

I do acknowledge what i said was wrong and that i'm sorry for what i said, but a 1 month console ban?

In that same conversation i had with the Xbox user who reported me, he literally called me an "autistic ****" and also threatened ME to "fry my router" which is more than harassment if i do say so myself... I reported him TWICE and guess what... he didn't
even get a ban.

I reported him 3-4 weeks ago.

I just want to find answers on the un-fair treatment against me and as to why it happened in the first place. I hope the enforcement team could also review the case and remove my suspension from console and also give him a ban that he deserves, that would
be nice.

my friend just got banned for two days after some kids joined our party, then proceeded to cus at us, left to their own private party and we had no way to respond. He sent a message to them containing the "f" word once out of anger. Yet these children are
back to playing rainbow 6 and now i cant play with my buddy.

Just a side note, this was his first offence

Can you please reinstate his account so we can play together again. We will avoid those kids.

Sorry, but no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions.

You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to contact them regarding console bans. If it is a temporary ban, all you can do is wait it out.

Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums. As long as you have filed a complaint,t he enforcement team will look into it. There is no way for you to know for sure whether they've had any enforcement action against them.

 

The enforcement team isn't on the forums so they will not help you here.

The xbox support team directed me here for some reason...

 

And they told me to explain the situation to the enforcement team, i wasnt "calling out" anybody

 

Phone and chat support are known for sending people to the forums with incorrect information when it comes to something they don't handle directly. The enforcement team does not use the forums.
