Recentemente comprei o jogo Harry Potter Collection (Digital) e Ele não inicia, abre o jogo, mas no meu principal fica com a tela preta e só aparece o som.

Com alguém já ocorreu isso?

Por favor, necessito de ajuda.

Caso contrário solicitarei o reembolso do valor.

Mude a resolução do console nas configurações derrepente a imagem não é compativel com a sua televisão , se tiver 1080p, mude pra 720p e vice versa se tiver outras opções.

Try a hard reset of your console (hold the power button down for 10 seconds). See if that fixes it

I'm waiting until they release LEGO Harry Potter the complete edition (All the movies). Unfortunately there are no current good Harry Potter games. The old ones on the PS1 were decent platformers. One day I plan to make a good Harry Potter game.
