Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone on Xbox One

Nope, not happening. Licences have exipred years ago. This is what happens with games based on movies.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. As with any title coming out as backward compatible no one knows until they come out. You can get with the developers and express your interest to them, that you would like it to become a backward compatible
title. As the developers are the main ones for allowing a game to become backward compatible.

User voice will no longer accept suggestions for backward compatible and just delete them suggestions.

No and it is unlikely to ever be made BC either. Sorry. The reason for this is two fold:

1. The Publisher of this game was Electronic Arts - EA no longer hold the rights to the Harry Potter games. You can't get the PC version anymore, so there is no chance of the Xbox version.

2. The Harry Potter game license is currently the property of Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment which is a division of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. Because EA don't have the license anymore, the game can't be made BC.

As with all games, there are two organisations, a developer and a publisher. Typically the 'publisher' is responsible for licenses, not the developer.

wait, that sooner or later they will put it backwards compatible
