This gamer (mod edit) has my PERSONAL information on his bio including my name,address, phone number etc.... and I am getting calls at all times of the night and day. This has been going on for two years and nothing has been done
about it. I have contacted the Police and traces have been placed on the phone several times. This gamer has had several tags and have been banned in the past. As per your policy....

Do not give out personal information of other users (such as real name, physical address, IP address, email address, phone number, credit card number, etc.) in any way. This information could be used by others for illegal or harmful purposes.

I hope that I get an immediate response and that you ban this individual TODAY.

Gamertag Issue

Hello I read the Terms and Conditions and that other good stuff for Xbox Live and under reason, I can not have any personal or identifying information in my gamertag, and I have my Area Code in it and I need to get it removed. Any help would be appreciated.

sorry you cannot call out game tags in the forum they only get replaced with MOD REMOVED all you can do is report that user via your dashboard

I was told by the rep on the phone that it needed to be posted here. This is a violation of code and therefore his box needs to be shut down immediately.

Support typically gives the wrong information about this. The enforcement team does not read this parts of the forums and do not take reports via the forum. They will only investigate complaints filed via the console.

If you're friends are being harrassed, they should file a complaint, mute, and block communications with this person. Here is a link with more instructions and information on that:

If they do not do this then they are probably going to keep getting harrassed for a while. It takes time for the Enforcement Team to look through complaints, so everyone has to take the necessary steps to avoid harrassing players.

Be aware of what you put in your bio etc as it all falls under the Code of Conduct. Keep it about interests and don't put too many bits of personal information in it that could be ised for malicious purposes.
