Harrasment

Hey i wanted to know if people could get banned if they say that they wanna Crash my party which means DDOS me? I provided a story below that should answer your questions.

I was on another account yesterday and i was playing a game. I get spammed like 4 random invites to party by a person that i don't even know. I don't join but i typed his gamertag in and i messaged him why he invited me to his party. I then asked him how
he got my gamertag. He siad "R6 and toxic people wanted to crash party". If you don't know, R6 stands for Rainbow six siege which is a game that has alot of People that DDOS people and make it so they cant play Xbox live for hours. So when he said "Crash party".
He was saying that he was saying that he was sent to DDOS me. I have some past experience with rainbow six siege and i wanted to make a community there. It didn't end well and now ever since those people have been harrasing me through messages. Anyways i said
i don't want to join the party cause he wanted to crash my party. He said "OMG not anymore" meaning that he wanted to crash (DDOS) me. He kept on inviting me and i asked him why and it turned into a 40 minute vague conversation. After a while i said clarify
or im blocking you. He siad he wanted to ask me a question and siad he needs my help and i should join his party. He kept asking why i wasn't joining his party invites and i said message me it. After a while of convincing him to ask he asked me what my age.
I didn't answer. He then asked what syndrome do i have and i didn't say anything. I then say that im blocking him now. I remember that he sent me 40 or 50 invites to his party. My question is if this would get him banned or not because im tired of people like
this not getting banned but they obviously did something wrong. Would this be enough to ban this person.
