Harrasement of ban

hi everyone, i post this message because im banned for all communications and multiplayer online without reason. I know that some group of players who dont like me are reporting me everyday since 1 month now. But how can i be banned without reason just because
people want me to be banned ! Please help to figure out this problem, im a loyal xbox customer since 9 years and i dont want to be banned for life just beacuse some kids decided so . Ha ve a great day everyones

Falsely Accused Of Harrasement/Threats

I have been falsely accused of Threats and Harrasement on Xbox Live. I did a case study and they had 0 reasons to take away this ban, they simply stated a problem from a previous ban, they are not aloud to use that ban as evidence!

You don't get banned/suspended for no reason.

You'll never get suspended/banned after a certain amount of reports,you have to of actually done something against the ToU/CoC.

Doesn't matter if a group of people report you everyday for a month,in fact if they did do this they would likely be suspended for abusing the reporting feature.

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

DUDE I AM A VICTIM OF THAT. I was playing Fortnite and I killed a kid and he ended up inviting me to a party and he harrased me, said death threats to me and stuff and I have to serve a 14 day ban. Also, Case Review's imo don't help because I sent one
and they said I was still suspended for harrasment... What harrasement? The thing is, is that I never messaged him, said NOTHING hurtful to him, and he reported me for harrasement... I'll add you on Xbox so after my suspension me and you can go thru this together.

UPDATE: It seems to appear that Microsoft didn't update their enforcment history for me. I have only gotten a 2 week Xbox Live ban for "harrasment, threats, etc." How? I don't know but it's whatever.

My Answer:

The only proper reaction to any harrasment is by reporting that gamer. If you do that, a member of the enforcement team will look in to it and take actions if needed.

It's never allowed to send back any hate messages or harrasing other people and it can result in a ban.
