Hardwere wireless problems

Hi, i have a problem with my new xbox one. The first time that i've tried to connect to internet with the wi-fi it's going everything ok, but now, when i tried, said that is a wireless hardware problem and that is necessary to repair. what i have to do?!?!

Problema com DVR de Jogos Windows 10

Meu DVR de Jogos do windows 10 não quer gravar. Ele diz que não tenho os requisitos de hardwere necessários mas eu tenho todos ele que são necessários . Como posso resolver isso.

First try a hard reset of the console. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test for results. Let us know. Good Luck!

You can try doing a Factory Reset and if does not work, you have two options, you can go back to the retailer where you purchase the Console or you can process a Repair for your console by going to :

I never had to format it. there may be some Hardwere problem

In this case you believed it might be some hardwere problem on your Xbox on the Video exit or it may be on your Television. If your Tv has other HDMI inputs I suggest you turn off your Console and your Television, and then you change the HDMI cable to
another HDMI port on your tv
