    Hardware problem with wireless internet

I haven't played my xbox one in a few weeks since I had finals but I turned it on and it wasn't connected to my wifi. I went to test my network and got a message about the wireless network hardware not working and that I have to send it in. Anyone else
    have this problem ?

    :)

It's at all possible that the wireless card in your system has shorted out or something and needs to be replaced. The system is under warranty and you should be able to swap it out.

You can check it out online at myservice.xbox.com, you should go there at least to sign in and make sure your registered, and set up a Standard Exchange where they email you a shipping label and you box it up yourself and send it in and they either repair
it and send it back or ship you a new one.

They do have an option called the Advanced Exchange as well where they send you a new one first and you use the box it came in and the return shipping label that comes with it to swap it out and send the old one back, but that has a small fee associated
with it ($15) and you have to put a pre authorization on a credit card or debit card for the cost of a new console that they hold until they get the old unit back. It's a pricy option, but it's awesome because you get it a lot faster and swapping it out is
a lot easier. If you can swing it then it's the way to go, but you will also have to call in and talk to a rep to set it up. You can't set up an Advanced Exchange on the website.

    Hope this helps.

  5. bigbenx88 How much do I have to pay in total? I had this problem with the Sunset Overdrive edition a month after release date when I got it and sent it in regularly but they just sent back the exact same one and called it an Xbox 360. They said my Xbox 360
is fine and that's when I gave up all hope on Microsoft and getting my console fixed. I still have it and still can't connect to wifi.

New Update Wireless Network Hardware Failure

Yeah I'm having a lot of problems as well. There is nothing wrong with my wireless router or Internet. After the new experience dashboard update. It said that there was a wireless hardware issue and that I need to send it in for repair (screw that) I can't
go for a couple weeks without my Xbox.

After the new update I face these problems:

    1. Wireless Internet hardware problem

    2. If I manage to get the internet working my profile is deleted, and it automatically forgets my wireless network

    3. A lot of games and apps fail to launch

I hope this gets fixed ASAP I can't even send out an error report
