    Hardware problem repair needed


    My Xbox one has a hardware problem and needs to go for a repair it is under warranty can I either take it back to Game shop where I bought it from and they send it away for repair 2) have tried contacting Xbox support my device won't register even though
    I did it ages ago so can't get any further 3) should I go straight to a repair shop and get it sorted.

    "This game requires update but the update cannot be found"

    It turns out that the console needed a repair. 4gb internal needed to be formatted strangely enough, several different system update error codes which hinted at a hardware problem. Just waiting for the refurb! Thank you Vibroplex

    This sounds like it would be a hardware error. A repair MAY be needed. If you have a warranty on the console, then the repair is free. If it's not, then it would require a fee.

    Hardware problem repair needed

    Do not take it to any non-licensed repair shop seeing as this voids the warranty on the console. You may however take it back to gamestop to see if they will warranty it or if it needs to be sent into Microsoft to be fixed. Hope this helps.

    That's a hardware problem, and need to be fixed by a Microsoft repair centre. There is nothing you can do to fix it yourself.
