    Hardware Issue


    When I gone to Xbox live on Halo Reach all my armor and Rank was gone and the game started me over as a recruit. I was a Brigidier. I have screenshots of an game play that proves that I was the high rank. can you please fix my account

    Hardware issue help!!!!

    Last night after signing into live I wasn't connected to the Internet so I went into network and proceed to connect after doing so I got the error message saying hardware failure and that my xbox has to be sent in for repair has anyone else had this issue
    how can I contact preview memeber support this happened after the new update

    Xbox hardware issue

    This would be a problem with the disc reader in the console possibly, if you can perform a power cycle by checking this:

    support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console     and see if that helps, however if you still get the same result, I would take the console back to the place of purchase to see if they can fix it or sort you out with a replacement.

    Also, I have the achievements "Make It Rain" which you have to purchase an item from the armory at the rank of Lt. Colonel and the achievement "An Honor Serving" which is to reach the rank of Captain in the UNSC. How can I still have these achievements.
    I have been working hard to get my stuff back. But I want Microsoft to help me get them back and to put me back where I was. My current rank from working on the game is Warrant Officer Grade 2. Please Microsoft help me get back to where I was before.

    Is this a hardware issue?

    I've tried both re-installing & the factory reset. Same issues. I think it's probably going to be a GPU issue, but it's strange that it ONLY happens on 2 games?! (thanks for replying so quickly btw!).

    Also, £84 for the repair... and I imagine I will have to pay for the shipping too... ouch.

    I used to have the same issue i thought it was my router but i found out its was the batteries and charger i had for my controllers i figured that out when i got a new battery kit and charger when my cat chewed up the power cord for my old one

    Are you in an area where there are alot of electrical signals (routers, phones using Bluetooth, etc..) thats been an issue for me and others. Try moving your console away from any routers and the like, and see of that helps.

    Hi Buddy;

    Sometimes Internet drops on me too, alot. During game play and after; I found my internet speed reduce badly. It was too slow to on games. It's best to re-boot the cable modem & re-boot the router. It tells the internet provider to restore you internet speed.

    Turn off the XBox for any 1hour or 2hrs more. When your modem & router is back up. Check your internet speed online. Turn on your XBox.
