    Hardware issue with my Xbox Series S?


    Hello, everyone!

    A few hours ago i encountered a glitch and this was the third time.

    Too be more specific about the issue; When i turn on the console, sometimes, it doesn't show any tiles, any games (just like the video), the console while its connected to the internet (and i have check through the modem's homepage that is connected) it has the "connect to the xbox network" tile and everything is broken!

    The only solution is to reboot the console. And the funny part is that i always disconnect my console from the power - so, it's no a "quick startup" glitch

    Any solutions or it's broken and goes straight to MSFT?

    Sadly, i have already done that.

    The first time that this occured i cleaned the cache (with the long press to the Xbox button on the console etc) and the second time i did a factory reset.

    This might be a software issue instead of a hardware one. I would suggest you to try to factory reset your console:

    Press the Xbox button > Settings > System > Console info > Reset this xbox > Reset and keep my games and apps. The "Reset and keep my games and apps" option will not make you lose your games, but you will need to sign in to your account again.

    Feel free to ask back any questions and please let me know how it goes.

    Xbox Series X Captures do no have Dialogue.

    A Series S is technically different hardware. I haven't seen anyone with a Series S post this issue. They all seem to have a Series X.

    If xbox one s then no it has to run thru xcloud as the hardware isn't powerful enough meaning non subscriber accounts can't use it

    Series s can run it natively thru home share
