    Hardware Glitch


    The past week my xbox one s has been experiencing crippling glitches and crashes. Its had different specific glitches for seperate games. On RDR2 my game will freeze whenever i try to interact with anything, my character will freeze while everytjing else
    continues to move and function around me normally and im unable to play missions or the game at all (this is in story mode). For other games like overwatch, skyrim, and even NBA2k the game just loads for eternity and usually crashes at any given loading screen.
    Ive done every reset to my console and cleared my storage cache but still no solution. Also all but a couple of my games are digital so its not damaged discs or anything. I know iys some hardware issue but i havnt figured out what and neither has xbox support.

    Hate to say this but send it in. Had the same problems and they actually get worse as you play. Customer service told me it is an issue with the Xbox. Good luck with customer service though. It has been a week and a half and still no Xbox with the advance
    exchange program.
