Hardware Fanatec Formula v2

Hallo

Ich besitze seit der ersten xbox bis zur xbox one alle xbox Geräte.

Ich habe mir ein Fanatec Formula v2 gekauft um f1 2019 zu spielen.

Es funktionieren trotz dem neuen Update von codemaster welches die Tastatur Unterstützung hat keine extra Knöpfe bzw Lichter am Lenkrad.

Laut Codemaster liegt das an der Xbox also Microsoft.

Ich wollte mir eigentlich die nächste xbox Generation kaufen aber wenn es dann da auch wieder nicht funktioniert wäre die playstation die bessere Alternative auf der gehen die tastenbelegung jetzt schon bei der ps4.

I won't count on it anymore. It would be no problem to make sure that all the keys were available. I will switch to ps5. It's working already.

If you play on PC, make sure to install your wheel drivers and be on the latest wheel firmware, if available.

To avoid issues, connect the wheel and test it before opening Forza Motorsport 7.

Brand affinity can be a very strong thing. I love Forza... but I love my Fanatec CSR Elite/Formula Rim and ClubSport V2 Pedals even more, I will not ever replace them with a Thrustmaster as shown at E3 or indeed a Mad Catz.

I am heavily involved with Fanatec wheel support at the official Forza forums and can assure you that almost everyone I have spoken to feels exactly the same as I do. Support the current wheel models or lose us as Xbox One customers.

From my Friends List alone I know of over 85 people who will not buy the new console without current Fanatec wheels being fully supported. Take heed Microsoft, we don't want to ever stop playing Forza on the Xbox... don't push us all away.

It's a Fanatec Formula V2 wheel. I previously had a Logitech G920 which also had a couple of buttons that wouldn't map on Xbox. There is no Xbox app for these wheels, they have software on pc to update the firmware which I did. I did some searching and
reading on this issue and it appears to be a limitation on Xbox that allows only as many buttons as a standard xbox controller does to be used on wheels or other input devices. Given that these buttons are mappable on PC there should be a way to enable them
on Xbox as additional buttons.
