Hardware Failure with Blank Display

Hello, I purchased my xbox one x on July 9, 2019. It gives me a blank screen every time I power on my console. I have checked the hdmi cable, changed the display, reset the video options holding eject/sync buttons with the two tone noises. The issue is
likely hdmi port or harddrive failure. I need my console to be repaired and have read that every xbox one console should have a 1 year warranty however when I go to start my service order for my xbox it says my warranty was only for 4 months and repair would
cost $249... What Kind of hardware only lasts 4 months? How is warranty support for a console only 4 months? Can't I still get my console serviced for free if its under a year? What am I supposed to do now?

If you have and it is still not working you will need to send it in.

Yes I have tried all of those steps. I want to send it in, but when I try to complete my service order it says that it is out of warranty coverage and I need to pay $249. I purchased my console on July 9, 2019 and it claims my warranty ended Nov 10, 2019.
I should have a 1 year warranty and be able to get it serviced for free. How can I get microsoft support to update my warranty period from my purchase date. Whenever I try to start the contact us feature it says phone calls and chats aren't available for
this issue. What options do I need to select to start a live chat about this issue or do I have to call to sort this out?
