    Console Banned for nothing

Hardware modifications are a console ban, modding it for cheats and/or infections can become a console ban. It's generally the most serious or repeated offences that cause a console ban.

    Full Of Cheaters

Any modded Xbox is back online within 3 mins of being banned, we should make hundreds and thousands of new posts and threads until they introduce some of anti-cheat software/hardware

Microsoft have no authority to close down another company. However, if you use modded hardware or firmware/software on an Xbox console, that is a severe breach of their terms of service. All genuine Xbox consoles connect to Xbox
Live servers and Microsoft spends millions on those servers, including security features. When a modded console connects to those servers, the servers send a command back to the console which then bans it from XBL. And it will also ban your account and at
Microsoft's discretion, your IP address as well. And they have the right to reset your Gamerscore to 0 too. Don't try it. Currently it is not illegal for companies to make modded stuff (depends on the situation). They make the stuff because people don't know
how to play or have no skill, as what a legit person may do.

  5. No they won't and I don't know why people continue to think that IP bans are of any use.

The person could simply reset their router, get a new IP, and the old one is moved on to some innocent person who has done nothing wrong. That's why they don't ban IPs.

I've seen no evidence that those devices are anything more than a scam. For them to have a chance of working, you would need to be able to run unsigned code via a program that resides on a USB stick and that's not even possible on an Xbox One.

Also, if you look at the TrustPilot reviews for these products, the company that makes them has reported a bunch of negative reviews for supposedly violating TrustPilot's review policy, while also responding to many of the 1 star reviews with the same copy
and pasted response, basically implying that the reviewers are liars. There are a bunch of 1 star reviews saying that the product doesn't work at all and that the company doesn't respond or just makes excuses when you try and get a refund. People have had
to open PayPal disputes to get their money back. Also, the couple of 5 star reviews are just a couple of sentences long and are likely fake.

If something like this really did work across some of the biggest Xbox One games like COD, Destiny and Battlefield, those games would be rife with cheaters, but it's just not happening.

It would be interesting if MS got hold of one of those sticks, just to see what's actually on it. It seems that when you get it, you have to connect it to your PC in order to "register" it, and it contains some kind of Linux distro. When you try and "register"
it, it seems to trigger a batch file that copies some files to your computer, so even that sounds very dodgy to me.

But yeah, I would bet £100 that this is total BS at best, and at worst it possibly installs malware on your PC or some other dodgy actions.
