    Hardrive shows data but won't load


    I was playing Madden 15 when my system froze. upon restarting it, it took a while at the xbox screen than loaded with zero profiles. when i go to storage it shows 7 gb of free data (i have a 60gb microsoft official hard drive came with the system) but when
    i click it shows 0kb in all profiles. i cleared the system multiple times as well as trying another hard drive that worked, so its obviously the HDD … How can i fix this i have files not saved on cloud, i don't and shouldn't have to format a perfectly fine
    one second not the next hard drive

    Problem Data transfer xbox 360 to xbox 360 Slim

    Hello,

    So I tried to transfert the data from my old Xbox360 Elite 250Go (Modern Warfare 2 edition) to my new xbox Slim with the transfert data cable but the hardrive of my Elite appeared not to be recognize by the Slim. Both consoles have the latest update, they
    all work fine but the Slim ask me to "FORMAT" the hardrive of my Elite.

    Because I don't won't to format all my hardrive because I don't want to lose all my data I come to you, why does my slim won't recognize my Elite hardrive (both are Official Microsoft hardrive from origin) and what shouldn't I do?

    Harddrive/memory problem

    This morning I tried playing FIFA12 but I couldn't save anything with the message '____ is corrupt, click retry to delete data' coming up. I would click retry and the same message popped up. I've tried to delete everything and trying from scatch but got
    the same message.



    After a few hours of leaving it alone, my console won't recongize my hardrive. I go to momery and nothing will come up. Also all my profiles won't load because of it.

    Hi there, unfortunately this happens and it does sound like your hard drive has corrupted.

    You can try troubleshooting using the tool here:
    support.xbox.com/.../hard-drive

    Or as you can still see the data, have you tried moving some of the save files onto a USB? Because you will most likely have to format to get it working again, at least you might be able to save some of your save data:

    or you could also try installing the disc cause then your console isint using as much power cause the data to run the game is on your hardrive and it just requires the disc to load the game up

    That is possible, there seems to be no corrupt data, I tried to load it up before I left for work this morning and the xbox wouldn't even read the hardrive now? worked fine when I shut it off earlier. Not sure whats going on at all

    I tried what you suggested and it has done the same thing again, weirdly the storage menu shows my hardrive to be nearly empty, but the hard drive says it has 98gb worth of data on it still.
