  Hey I purchased hardline on my Xbox one standard edition but I can't play.doesnt even give me the option.all it asks is pin to home I click hardline standard edition at the Xbox store and then it pops up a whole new thing saying bundle edition.i need help

Its not just you. It's their problem, not ours. I spoke to a customer rep who said they are getting massive amounts of chats related to this problem. They said they are working around the clock, and are collaborating with the devs for a fix. I was told within
24 hours it will be resolved. so until then im going to continue to look for a work around.

Hope that helped, im frustrated also, because im getting tons of messages from twitch followers asking me why im not streaming yet. All we can do is wait, nothing is perfect when it comes to coding an errors such as this ( I am a computer science graduate,

Battlefield hardline standard edition

I purchased the battle field hardline standard edition around midnight and the game won't download. I received the email confirmation charging me the 60 some odd dollars for the game, yet when I go to it in the market place it gives me the "manage" option
and al. That downloaded was the 3 battlepacks that come with that bundle. It won't let me download the actual game. Waited til 3 for it to drop and retried. No luck. I can't even just download the regular plain old game, because it's part of a "bundle". Please
help.

 

Most people are currently having issues, its pretty common with a game like this at midnight. I was playing already through EA Access, with the game fully downloaded and it crashed on me at Midnight. Will not let me boot the game again even though I have
it fully downloaded and the digital copy paid for. We'll just have to wait it out.

 

I just had the same problem. Got off work and got home to see it didn't even begin downloading. Unfortunately were all gonna have to wait it out. Those of us with this crappy situation. I see I have 2 friends online playing so I assume not everyone is affected
by it. I'm sure they are going to resolve it ASAP, but I was quite excited to play and upset when I couldn't!

 

And I thought I was the only one with this issue.

 

Same here tchatted with suport they work on the issue they said me 3 hours ago . Until then im *** and watch stream of a lot ofplayer who can play its funny how games digital always bug on launch but billing and using ur credit card always work it was my
last digital purshase its the 3 time i have problem and get *** for the same price then in store thx microsoft
