Hard Resetting/Up To Date/Repair

Hard resetting doesn't work.

Everytime I browse here for a solution its the same danm answer from these 'ambassadors'. Hard resetting is the first thing we do when there's a problem - AND THERES ALWAYS A PROBKEM IT SEEMS LATELY - before we post on the forums of our problem while reading
similar issues to ours in hope of an answer but each one pertaining to my issue it always the same answer of hard reset.

Up to date? HA! Made me chuckle. The updates are what making our danm near $600 console act up. I don't know if this is a way of testing every update to see what happens and how the community responds and if it is then that's pretty **** low. All these updates
to 'fix known issues' while creating more.

No one wants to factory reset their consoles and wait days for all the games and apps to redownlaod that is IF the file is recognized by the Xbox and accepts it instead of flashing a new error code. Sending in your consoles for repairs is laughable since
its software, not hardware issues. You'll only waste your money and get your console back with the same crap and no advancement.

xbox one up date wiped my hard drive-20/02/2015 march preview

Xbox one up date wiped my hard drive and keeps resetting to blank every time i restart it.

is anyone else having this issue and is there any known fix

XBOX APP KEEPS CRASHING

every time I open my Xbox app on my phone it immediately crashes.... I've tried hard resetting, unistalling and reinstalling, and. Irving seems to work, app is completely up to date.. help...

all this update did was make my games and apps not launch. good thing thats not a big part of the system....

Sorry to hear you're upset. However, we aren't there when you try your troubleshooting steps so we can't see what you're doing.

A power cycle is always the first troubleshooting step to take and if someone hasn't listed on their post that that's what they've done we don't know.

I can't really speak for updates. That's for the developers/programmers.

As far as a factory reset goes, it's true that it does wipe everything from the internal hard drive. However, if you have your items stored on an external drive they'll be safe and won't be deleted. You can have up to two USB 3.0 external drives ranging
in size from 256GB - 16TB in size to store your games and apps on.

Have you tried doing a hard reset? Also make sure your controllers are up to date.

all of the above things won't work.
Clean boots doesn't make any difference

System is up to date.
Resetting the gamebar and repair doesn't work either.

Are the apps up to date through Windows Store? Also if you right click on the apps, then click more, then app settings you will be able to reset or repair the apps.
