    Hard resets needed everytime


    Hello, In the last few days every time I choose to play minecraft better together version on my xbox one I have to do a hard reset when I want to use any apps or play any other games, simply restarting the xbox does not work it requires a full hard reset.
    Please either pass this information on to those who will fix it or would you give me the information I need to fix the problem myself.

    We appreciate you reaching out to us. We appreciate you reaching out to us. If this issue is appearing with the one singular game we recommend reinstalling the game. Also, we recommend plugging your console into a wall outlet and never into a surge protector
    or power strip. Also, if you're using an external drive, we recommend transferring it to your internal drive and unplugging the external drives. These steps should help with this issue.

    Why do all of you think hard resetting is a fix? If I have to hard reset everytime a game bugs out, then microsoft needs to fix their consoles. Completely useless and a waste of time.

    the only way i could fix this issue was everytime i wanted to go into game chat i have to hard reset my xbox, if you go into a party it breaks it so everytime you wanna use game chat you have to hard reset your xbox by unplugging it or holding the power
    button for 10 sec.
