Hard reset on xbox one x

I did a reset on my xbox one x But I kept my files and my games but it didn't resolve the issue so now my question is if I do a hard reset will I still lose everything even though I know my account information

Once you sign back into your account, you can redownload everything you've purchased. As long as you've been signed in while playing, your saves are stored on the cloud. So your saves will resync once you start a game. So you won't lose anything, but you'll
just have to take the time to redownload everything.

yes, the console will remove everything that is installed or stored on the console. You can still download all the games you own by installing from disc or from the ready to install section of my games and apps. All your saves will be restored when you
start a game again on the console.

I have an xbox one x so there is no brick. I tried the hard reset and it still happened.

Ok, I'll try toggling the xbox streaming features on the One X and hard reset. We'll see if it does the trick.

I have the same issue on my Xbox series X I hard reset the console and now its worse than before I reset it. I started up my Xbox one X and no issues with that when I started up a game.
