Hard reset my Xbox and now it won't connect to the internet

So my Xbox was acting really laggy and slow so I went to do a hard reset but I chose to keep my apps and games installed. Anyway the reset did it's process and took me to the screen where you set everything up, like language and time zone. Well I set my
language and when I had to choose what connection I had I chose wired. Because that what I have. But every time I attempt to connect, it says I have chosen a wired connection but the Xbox can't find my cable. That can't be true because I Do have internet or
I wouldn't be typing this out. Please help.

My dashboard won't load

Everytime I turn on my xbox the dashboard is blank and it says I need to connect to xbox live but my internet is working fine I've reset, hard reset, unplugged, and reset my internet and it still won't work idk what to do

IP Address Error

I did. I also hard reset my modem, and now the Wireless light won't come on, and my Xbox won't even try to connect before it gives me the "Unable to connect" error.

i deleted my profile and went to restore it and now my connection won't connect to xbox live

it will connect to the internet (2 out of three) but then won't connect to xbox live

I have tried resetting the router but it didn't do anything

Update, have tried hard reset, uninstalling all 360 games, removing gamer profile, and now even reverting to factory settings but nothing is working. Xbox one works just fine but 360 games won't connect to internet or xbox live.

Nothing works at all, but will connect through my hotspot on my phone through the WiFi in My house, but when I try to directly connect to Internet just comes up "cannot connect"

At a total loss n starting to get annoyed now😂
