    Hard reset error


    I was forced to hard reset my xbox one after an update. Wheni tried to log back in it wouldn't let me use the password related to my xbox, I had to use the password that was related to my xbox360. Now I have lost all of the games. My username is . I have tried to ask you on twitter but you stopped answering me. I know my pw was correct as i logged into my ubisoft account with it. (It was the same one) please getmy games back.

    I don't know how many times i can explain this. I have had the same email address for the past 10+ years it has never changed and i have never used a different one for Microsoft. It has been the same email address for Xbox360 and xbox one. I don't know how else to explain this.

    Surely you must have some kind of code that can locate my gametag.

    How do I validate an account I cant get into? I am not very tech savvy, hence the reason i have kept an old email address.

    Is there not a way you can check using my email/username/ip

    I really don't know what to do, one day I had an account C********** the next I have my old account A***********.

    Nope had same email address for years , the only other email I have is for work and thats it. I do not have an xbox app anywhere else.
