Hard Drive

I was playing Batman: Arkham City when my console lost power while the game was saving. When I turn it back on, I lost my save. After dashboarding and checking my storage, I could not access my hard drive but rather only have the option to 'format'. I tried
taking the hard drive out, letting it cool, putting it back, repeat. This isn't helping.

Is my storage done for? Because I had quite a lot of game saves on there. That would be rather upsetting.

if adverts for "compatible" external hard drives are any indication it would seem the external storage patch should be coming some time soon although I note it wont be in the first patch released.

sounds like your hard drive is toast sadly you may have lost everything on that drive.
