In case you haven't already, please check Troubleshoot game installations on a Windows 10 device | Xbox Support regarding the installation issues.

Does your Xbox 360 console have an official Microsoft hard drive installed? If it does not (for example, you're using a USB hard drive, or a third-party internal drive), then back-compatibility won't be available to you.

If you have verified that you have an official hard drive, try this: Go to Settings -> System -> Storage -> Hard Drive -> Games & Apps and look for the game's files. They should have the name "Forza Motorsport". If you find that file and it has a warning icon
on it, you may want to delete the files and re-run the game. If there is no such entry, look instead for "Unknown Game" and delete it instead.

Hello there, Yes be sure it's official MS hard drive... Check on the hard drive casing if you don't see the etched "Xbox 360" on the casing.. then you have a "unknown brand" that you can't play original xbox games.. so please check on your hard drive casing
with the etched of "Xbox 360" on it that you can play everything..
