Hard drive says 0kb can not download profile or delete "corrupted profile"

I am at a loss on what to do. I have searched this support section trying to find a solution with no luck. I have followed every recommended solution I did find to get it to work. I have tried to clear that data chache on the hard drive, I followed the instructions
on how to go about the process to delete a gamer profile but when I get to the hard drive everything says 0kb. I can't delete something that is not there. I have tried unplugging the system including the hard drive for over 5 hours to see if it just needed
a reboot.

What I believe has caused this was I was playing Skyrim and the game froze and I had to do a hard crash reset (had to pull the cord to get the system to reboot) and once I turned the system back on that is when this had all happened. I know that I am not
the only one to have this issue

Apps not loading

contacted customer service..had 1 corrupted file....deleted it...cleared cache...deleted profile only....restarted console...downloaded profile again....then everything worked

to find the corrupted file...go to settings hard drive and look for each possible file...the corrupted file has a warning sign.
clearing cache - hard drive...press Y - did that 3 times

 

Can't Update My Xbox, Nothing I try works.

I have the built in memory unit in the xbox and another hard drive. the hard drive has 3.5 gb free space but the memory unit despite having 314 mb space left has nothing I can delete.

For Example it says:

Games and Apps: 0KB

Profiles: 0KB

Demos: 0KB

Videos:0KB

ETC.
