Hard drive issue? Corrupted profile?

While playing KH3 i went to save, it crashed right at saving, so i “quit” to trouble shoot it and when i went to restart it froze/crashed on “checking for save files”. Went under manage game shows no save file ( for any of my games.) Restart console, same
problem, tried to put in a different game it shutdown. Turned it back on and it loaded the game. Did as promted and hit A to start game, and then it freezes. Does this with all games. Storage shows 76.9% full but under manage games it shows no saved files.
Very upsetting when FFXV had events that are no longer available. What is going on? I found something about it being that the profile became corrupt, and it needs to be deleted and reinstalled.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help,(assuming this is on the
Xbox one) first things first we suggest clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One:

Storage

Clear Local Saved Games

Yes and Restart

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)

Network Settings

Advanced settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNETno
progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.

Thank you so much! This workded! I do have a nother question about my FFXV downloads, quite often i find that some of the dlc gets randomly uninstalled, and needs to be reinstalled. It its an accutal dlc and not a weapon or clothes the progress dosent
get deleted, but I still need to reinstall it.

Yeah, that's an issue with the game file itself.

If you have recurring corruption then there's like an issue with your hard drive. You can confirm that by pulling the hard drive and downloading your profile to a flash drive.
