Hard drive for console e

Discus and support Hard drive for console e in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been looking for an internal hard drive for our Xbox 360 e and I'm only finding internal hard drives for console s.     I have been looking for an internal hard drive for our Xbox 360 e and I'm only finding internal hard drives for console s. It looks like one of those would fit however I don't want to buy the wrong thing and mess up the system. Does anyone know if the internal
    hard drives for console s are compatible with console e?

    Hi, have E console 4 gb, seem to find in stores only internal hard drive for SLiM, at Best Buy, 500 gb original XBOX 360 hDD, will this work?

    yes the hard drive for the S is exactly the same as the one for E models both come in 250, 320, and now 500 gig sizes. you can also get them from MS's amazon store this way you KNOW you will not be getting a bootleg or knock off drive.

    yes the hard drive for the S is exactly the same as the one for E models both come in 250, 320, and now 500 gig sizes. you can also get them from MS's amazon store this way you KNOW you will not be getting a bootleg or knock off drive.

    The current hard disk drives are for both the 360 S and the 360 E. From this link, the 320 GB HDD specifically confirms it.

    Hi there,

    if your old hard drives are from the same type as the one from your console console then they should work.

    A official Xbox 360 hard drive from the Slim consoles will fit inside the E consoles, but the origial xbox 360 console hard drives, will not fit in/on the Slim or E consoles

    Please see this support page on how to remove/install the hard drives per Xbox 360 console type:
