    hi my name is Andrew and I am trying to connect to xbox live but I have problems everything is fine but at the last minute it comes up console blocked I bought the console 2 yrs ago second hand and haven't tried to connect to live until please help I don't
    know what I have done my mum phoned up the xbox360 number and they said to ask the people on this website please help will be apprenticed
