salve,

ho collegato l'hard disk da 2 tera, la xbox one lo riconosce ma al momento di formattare l'hard disk per farlo diventare memoria per scaricarci giochi e app, mi da errore, dice di doverlo formattare come NFTS, invece se voglio utilizzarlo come memoria
per musica mi da la possibilit . Come posso fare risolvere? ho controllato sul pc e lhard disk è formattabile proprii con NFTS.

Salve, purtroppo no, non è possibile sostituire l'HDD.L'unica soluzione è usare un hard disk esterno collegato alla console.

Il supporto xbox mi ha detto questo:

“Abbiamo coordinato con il nostro specialista e hanno confermato che da aggiornamento Xbox sul sistema operativo. I giochi da un disco rigido esterno devono essere reinstallati per giocare su altre console.”

Chiedo se è possibile una cosa del genere, ho due xbox UGUALI e devo avere due hard disk? Che senso ha comprare un hard disk esterno portatile se poi non posso utilizzarlo per portarlo dove mi pare.

Io installo un gioco sull’hard disk esterno e quando lo tolgo si autoelimina? Non ha senso!

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with being able to use external hard drives on your console.

There is an article that covers how to
troubleshoot external storage detection on your console that I recommend that you attempt to use first to see if this helps resolve this matter.

Formatting a drive can be done from the console, however, if your console cannot see the drive, you will need to use a PC in order to format the device once more.

As far as resetting the console to factory defaults, you can review
this article for more info.
