Dopo aver collegato il mio hard disk Toshiba al pc fisso di casa ( https://www.amazon.it/Toshiba-HDTB3...=1543251169&sr=8-3&keywords=hard+disk+toshiba ), continuo ad
avere problemi con la xbox one. Una volta ricollegato l'hard disk alla xbox, quest'ultima non me lo riconosce più, etichettandolo come elemento multimediale. Come faccio a farlo riconoscere dalla console ( ho gi seguito tutti i consigli della seguente scheda:

Hi! I have a Xbox one and going to upgrade to Xbox one x. I using external Hard disk for the game . Can I just plug in the external hard disk to Xbox one x and everything will be work? Game and profile everythjng?

I am wondering how to access content on an external USB hard disk. Is it possible to play videos from USB Hard Disks on the Xbox One?

 

Hi! Did you make sure your hard drive meets these requirements?

• It uses a USB 3.0 connection. If you’re using a USB hub, the hub must also be USB 3.0 or later.
• It has 256 GB or larger storage capacity.
• It has a partition. Typically, drives come wit a preformatted partition. For more information about partitioning an external hard drive, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• No more than three storage devices are connected to the console at the same time.

I'd recommend to plug it into your PC in order to see how it is formatted.

 

Ho fatto tutti i passaggi ma nulla, ho provato a formattare l’hard disk tramite computer ma la console non me lo legge più. Non so se il mio hard disk ha ancora una partizione dopo la formattazione. In questo caso, come faccio a mettere una partizione affinchè
la xbox possa leggere l’hard disk?

As I wrote, plug the hard drive into your Windows 10 PC, from where you will be able to see which partitions are on it and from where you can format the hard drive as well.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Since your console is no longer recognizing your external HD and you've gone through and tried every option from the support article regarding the recognition of the external drive (Troubleshoot
external storage detection on Xbox One), then you would definitely need to try to do as our awesome Ambassador Julian_ has suggested and connect your external HD to a Windows 10 device to see if it is recognized.

If it is recognized then you may need to
reformat it to NTFS to be compatible with your console. If it is not, then your external may have stopped working altogether and you would need to replace it.

If you have gone through the troubleshooting articles:

• Troubleshoot external storage detection on Xbox One
• Reformat it to NTFS

If the issue persists, For more information about partitioning an external hard drive, refer to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Devices that don’t meet these requirements will be treated as media storage, such as for music or video.
