    Hard crashes


    So I recently got the game through Xbox Game Pass. I sat down to finally play it and now it hard crashes my Xbox just as the cutscene after the first boss ends. Anyone know what's causing it or how to fix the problem?

    Hard drive crash

    Hey guys! Sorry to hear about your HDDs not registering properly. Can you quick test to see if these work on another console? If not, you can also recover your profile by downloading it again and your purchased content from your Download History. Game saves
    can only be recovered if they were stored in Cloud Storage I'm afraid. Please let me know if this helps, thanks!

    I have the same problem.

    so I guess I have to format it then.

    How do I do that and will I still have my LIVE profile?

    I had the same exact issue. Just skip the cutscene by pressing 'B' I think and it no longer crashes. I have a Xbox One X and had it installed on the internal hard drive. I tried copying to an external hard drive and it still shut my console off. This happened
    4 times before I tried skipping the cutscene. This is pretty ridiculous considering Microsoft is going to misdiagnose the problem and think it's the console.

    Yes I have tried the “hard reset “ still crashes eventually with Forza, only Forza will crash my system.
