Hard copy of Vampyre will not load

Discus and support Hard copy of Vampyre will not load in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have a hard copy og Vampyr...the game is pristine and has no damage to the disc..i briefly played the game a few mo ths back, and it was fine..all...     Hard copy of Vampyre will not load


    I have a hard copy og Vampyr...the game is pristine and has no damage to the disc..i briefly played the game a few mo ths back, and it was fine..all worked perfect..no problems..no framerate drop or anything...now after a recent o.s update...my xbox no longer reads the disc...it spins like its trying to load but nothing happens...no error code...no game took to long to load message...nothing. i have tried changing blu ray settings...have tried elevating the console slightly...have hard reset..cleared the cache and even full reset my xbox ( retaining save data games an apps etc).. i have uninstalled the game and now i cant even install it again? Anybody else have this problem and know of a fix? All 31 of my other games work on the console no issues

    Are other discs working?

    On Xbox one, after the initial install a disk is only used for authentication. The game runs entirely off the hard drive, and any damage to the disc would be a irrelevant after that authentication happens

    Daniel, let's try some processes ok?

    Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

    Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

    Select Settings.

    Select Network.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select NAT Test Type.

    Tell me what appears on this test, please

    Hold the console's Xbox button (X- or start button) for approximately 10 seconds, the console will restart again.

    Configuration>Network>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual>Primary 1.1.1.1 and Secondary 1.0.0.1

    And try to install the game again

    About to finish my collectible run through of Vampyr. I did get through my "pacifist" playthrough which was annoying. I really like the game but the load times are killing me.

    One hell of a game this one is, if u've not play Vampyr yet then give that a try too, Vampyr is from Focus too.

    Can you copy the profile to a USB drive and try loading the profile from that with the hard drive unplugged?
