My guess would be, since you are installling from a physical disc that you needed to update the game before you can play it. If this process is interrupted, say by turning off the console without it being set to instant on, this can corrupt the installation, and the system will automatically delete it.

Please try reinstalling the game, and taking the update when it prompts you. Hopefully this will solve your issue. Best of luck

Kindly folow the instructions below:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, selecting Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections, and then selecting either Disc or Blu-ray. Once you reach this step, you will see "Persistent storage", clear it three times and try the disc again.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, follow the steps below:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Power mode & start-up.
   
3. Select Power mode, and then select Energy-saving.
   
4. Perform a hard power cycle by holding down the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds. Once the console has completely shut down, press the Xbox button on the console again to restart it.
   
5. Try your disc again. Wait a few seconds to see if the console recognises it. If the console can now read the disc, you can revert to instant-on power mode.
   

Yes, I have tried everything. I uninstalled previoulsy downloaded Fifa 21 and installed it again from the store (after purchasing another fifa 21) with my son's account. But it is not still working. This is very stressful after all this time and money spent.

I have somewhat of the same problem but it’s telling me to buy to game again. It pops up in my order history but won’t let me download the game. I purchased it from fifa 21. The same thing is happening with my brother. We both bought the ultimate edition.
