    Really sorry to hear about having troubles with another player. Please make sure to file a complaint for the user on your Xbox One so that the Enforcement team is made aware of the issue. In the future, please make sure not to name and shame here on there forums
    as it's against the Forum Rules (linked at the top of this page). So long as you file a complaint, the Enforcement team will be made aware and look into it.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Hello Monster,

    Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. The best thing to do is continue to report and block them. If they make other accounts keep doing the same thing. As there is not much we can do here on the forums, and there isn't a way to contact enforcement
    directly. If it continues and gets bad enough or feel threatened you can get the local authorities involved. You can review the

    "how do I"     section of the enforcement site.

    As others have suggested, for this I'd recommend contacting local law enforcement, as this harassment is no longer restricted to Xbox.

    Sorry to hear that. The best thing you could do is to go with this case to your local police and keep reporting and blocking them on your xbox.
