    I have been dealing with an Xbox Account called Sulus.

    For months now he has been adding me as a friend. The first time he added me I blocked and muted this user. For months now, even though this user has been blocked and muted he is still able to add me as a friend. It pops up in my notifications that he added
    me as a friend and I have to block him again. This happens on a daily basis, almost every 6 hours. This is harassment. I have tried reporting him via Xbox and have included comments with each reporting. I have even sent this user direct messages to let them
    know that I do not want them to add me and he persistently does it anyways. He also acknowledged to me that I don't want him to add me, and made a comment, "Oh, Xbox is for Friends, if you don't like it, get off Xbox". I said, "This is harassment. You are
    not my friend and I do not want to be a Friend of yours, so stop adding me."

    If you go onto Sulus activity feed on Xbox live he literally adds 65 people per minute. That is not possible for a normal person, he has literally over 500 new adds in less than 20 minutes. He is able to unblock his blocked status, so every notification
    I get of him having added me as a friend I have to block him all over again. Every single time I get a notification I have to re-block this guy. This is clear evidence of hacking and I want something done about it because my family is beginning to get scared.
    If this guy can hack into my account then how many others can? I have already changed all of my settings to as private as possible. I have tried waiting for an agent on the online chat for hour now and still have not been in touch with anyone from Microsoft.
    I've tried calling 1 800 Microsoft (1 800 642 7676) but all it gives me is automated messages about going online here then it ends the call. However, every option I explore here has not led me to a real person. This problem has been going on for months and
    I need a solution other than going to my lawyer. I come from an important family, and I do not like not being taken seriously, especially if it is something as crucial as online safety for my family.

    Someone is harassing me by reporting my LFG posts. How do I report this to Microsoft?

    It's really disheartening that this sort of harassment is possible on Xbox, I bought into the ecosystem years ago specifically to escape harassment and similar, because Xbox seemed to be the safer, more user-friendly alternative

    if you feel like you are being harassed please report and block the person, harassment of race gender or sexuality isn't welcome on xbox or anywhere at all as xbox wants everyone to feel welcome

    This behavior is definitely not accepted by xbox as it is clearly stated when signing up. I assume if this is brought up directly with a representative for Microsoft this issue will be solved.
