Harassment when I logged onto Xbox LIVE

I get home from being out, logged onto Xbox LIVE via my console, chatted with a friend in party chat about up coming games and such and that was for nearly 5 minutes. After that I get a message from one person telling me to F myself via a message which i
replied to stating that if they send me another harassment message i will video type the message and give the video to the Enforcement team. Now I have blocked the person after they sent a message back saying sorry but I don't believe that they are sorry cause
I blocked them after they replied back, I know the person is a cheater in Online matches of CoD Black Ops 1 cause their K/D raito doesn't add up to them being a pro, cause I always thought of the Pro status as respect for players and for the game itself not
just bring a friend in as a guest and still call you're self pro.

So I redeemed a 48 hour live code, but when i logged onto my xbox, it won't let me play live. SOMEONE HELP PLEASE

I've been at a friends house tonight, and we logged onto my Live user at his Xbox, and when I got home to log onto Xbox Live, I couldn't? Do I have to delete the account that I have on his Xbox, and if so, how do I do that?

The best thing you can do is report the offending player using the Xbox's reporting tools to have Xbox Enforcement Team look into it further (in your case, for harassment and cheating). It was good to block the player, but do not send them a message, as
this will unblock them.

I am 14 years old and I have been getting harassed by a 24 year old ever since I joined xbox. He is alwats treatening to hack me and
[MOD REMOVED] me and get me pregnant. He also calls me names like a slutty

You'll have to use the report tool on your console, to file a complaint against that person.

I would also suggest that you mute, block and avoid, all communications with this person.

i like how people that harass you and will not leave you alone still remain unbanned im tired of it I have reported this person far too many times and he is still not banned nor leaving me be, its rediculous. Note i still have a friend request from the jerk
as proof.

 

Sorry to hear about your situation. From what I have noticed, Xbox Enforcement has been picking up on these cases more often than they used to, so it is likely that they will investigate. It usually takes some time. Just remember to use the tools you are

I've been being harassed. I've blocked communications, but they keep making more xbox accounts and harass me further. What do I do, if they keep doing this? I've been harassed for 5-6 months about a year ago, they kept making more account. And now, recently,
I've been being harassed by someone who's friends with my friend. Same thing, block them, they harass me on more accounts. Do I cancel my xbox live? Do I call the cops? Or are you guys going to stop them? Because allowing people to create more accounts to
harass me, or someone else further, is unacceptable.

I would suggest that you change your activity settings, for voice, text and game invites to "Friends Only".

So...I didn't see friend request on the settings you named. And basically, I have to change my privacy settings to a setting that I only get messages from friends? That's the best you can do? Haha no, it's a federal crime to allow a company such as Microsoft
to allow this kind of acts. You're not taking care of the PROBLEM. You "resolve" it for me, and the next person, but no matter what, that person harassing, is still and forever will be on xbox live. Why? Because Microsoft honestly only does care about the
gamers that pay money. Unless they hack and such things, Microsoft doesn't do anything to help their paying customers. The sooner you guys ACTUALLY do something (console banned, for harassing, something like that), the sooner it'll be a better community.
Sorry if all this is sounding like I'm heated, but I think I have a right to be. Xbox is a community of gamers to PLAY together, not harass people.
