Harassment via message's

So I gotten a message from a friend mine with four gamertag's in it for hate speech against gay's and racist remarks against people and other cultures. As an Ambassador for Xbox LIVE I send a message to the four people asking them to read their Code of Conduct
but I get a message from one of them calling me a 12 year old kid more then once in messages and I did tell them that I'm an Ambassador for Xbox LIVE and that any hate speech against gay's or racist remarks against people and other cultures are not allowed
on Xbox LIVE. now the person has said that they and their friends will report me for harassment when i was harassed first by the person that told me they would report me.

Any help for this

How do you unsnap message's and make message's

full screen only?.

 

A system update is required to sign in to Xbox LIVE, but the update is currently unavailable.

Same here beta registered all i get is error message's PS4 here i come

 

I would submit a complaint against them contain any and all info. Also dont delete any messages in case the problem goes any further and the decide to investigate other then that there isnt much more you can do anyways good luck

 

These people shouldn't be on Xbox Live, you should take a snapshot of the messages and gamertags and send it to Xbox Support. Their twitter is @XboxSupport. Happy gaming!

To begin with: You're posting in the section of the Xbox forums where people bring their issues, to get helped with troubleshooting connectivity to Xbox LIVE on the Xbox 360.

The methods to report an Xbox Live player which have violated the Xbox Live Code of Conduct, have no bearing, regardless if you record them, or as per previous poster suggested, forwarding evidence to Xbox Support. The
only tools that are made available, for you, me and everybody else that are using this service, is to
File a Complaint via your console. In this particular case, select
Text and Voice Communications.

Not to throw you under a bus here, but be more careful how you use the name Ambassador in different context. Always think twice before you tend to interact with someone you don't know, or their intentions for that matter.

The answer to your question can be found in the posts above, but I'd also like to add that they can not get you banned for harassment if you did not harass them in any way. This would be considered abuse of the system, and could count towards their ban(s).
