Harassment to a whole new level

So a guy started being abusive in game voice chat. He was the only person speaking just being really toxic, he then entered his toxicity into my inbox, he received a coms ban because he was being rather toxic. He then got a coms ban onto a 2nd account. He is now contacting me via his 5th or 6th account and I keep blocking but this man is so toxic he doesn't know how to take the hint. Can't chat to xbox over it as their system is completely flawed "chat 24/7 online advisors 0"... the AI bot is as useful as a toilet brush in the desert.

And quite frankly he's affecting my mental health. I'm currently off work due to depression and anxiety my one safe place where my anxiety stops is Xbox now he's causing me to be to worried about turning my console on because of the abuse I might be getting....

I genuinely don't know what to do, I want to escalate this further to Microsoft but they clearly don't make it easy. What do I actually do?

For information on why you were suspended, you would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com but since it's a 1 day ban, it's not eligible for a case review so all you can do is wait it out. In situations like that, it's best to report and block instead of responding.

To an admin. I need help. A guy last night was harassing my son. In game and then afterwards in messaging him. I got on my account to tell him to cut it out and I get a 1 day chat ban. Who can help me on this. I showed my son how to report each and every message and did so on my account too but I get a chat ban?! This guy was swearing, using gay and homophobic slurs and sent my son a picture of his male parts. This is absurd. Please help and fix this situation.

It is not your fault, I've been on xbox since the early early days, infact when halo 3 came out, when the 360 came out. I've gone God knows how many years without coming across such toxic behaviour.

My account has now been changed in the privacy settings thanks to the earlier comment.

None of you or Microsoft are to blame for this persons behaviour. He clearly must have some issues. I do hope he seeks the relevant medical attention if its needed.

Hi

I would change your privacy setting to only allow voice and message chat with friends only. Then give it a few days or a few weeks for the person realize they can't contact you and moves on. Then you can change it back, if you wish.
