Discus and support Harassment issue on Xbox Live in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I am needing to talk with someone about being followed and harassed.     Harassment issue on Xbox Live


    I am needing to talk with someone about being followed and harassed. I don't want to post too much information on here in case they happen to be on here. Have plenty of information to prove it just need to talk with someone from Xbox privately about the
    issue. It has gone on for days and has turned into a real issue for multiple people.

    Harassment on xbox live service is subject to enforcement acts.

    Harassment on Xbox live.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file complaints on them via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    Hi

    The system has a built in report feature. You can report individual messages, voice communications, harassment and more, all directly from your console. If I have ever had an issue with a gamer, I use these rules: Report, Mute, Block, Do Not Respond.

    That is the typical response that doesn't clearly work when he has been reported by over 20 different people. Also none of that has kept him from still following and joining our games. Hide offline and he still joins. This is clearly over the reporting
    system that doesn't seem to really be doing much for someone harassing on a nightly basis.

    A conscious gamer of xbox live community knows that the ways to deal with online harassment is by reporting the harassing party or blocking them to prevent future harassment. Retaliating provoked or not is a breach of xbox live Code of Conduct and as such
    object to enforcement.

    Since you have already filed for a case review and the verdict was upheld no one can help you further for this issue. There is nothing else you can do but start fresh keeping in mind the rules of the service and the Code of Conduct: http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/Legal/CodeOfConduct

    If someone harasses you on xbox live or violates the Code of Conduct you can report that person or block him from further harassment. Retaliating is object to suspensions.

    That being said the enforcement team doesn't uses the forums and we can't help you with suspension issues
