    Harassment is a violation to the terms of service correct?


    Hi there I was under the impression that harassment is a criminal offense and those who commit it is subject to enforcement by the team? I have been putting up with a stalker who likes to send messages whenever I leave their session (GTA 5) I always find
    myself in the same game as them withing 5-10 minutes. I don't feel safe playing GTA with my friends or alone is there anything I can do?

    Resorting to name calling, especially using the disgusting, bigoted, word you chose is against the terms of service.

    You both engaged in harassment which is a violation of the terms of service.

    It's likely you will have to wait out the ban.

    In the future refrain from engaging in abuse of other players over Xbox Live. If you feel you are being subjected to harassment by another person on Xbox you should report them and block them.
